1. Return & Refund Policy
- Final Sale: Because every natural crystal and mineral is unique in shape, size, and color, all sales are final.We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances。
- Order Confirmation: Once payment is completed, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
2. Product Characteristics
- Natural Variations: Natural crystals and minerals naturally feature ice cracks, inclusions, clouds, mineral marks, or natural texture lines. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects or quality issues.
- Color and Dimension Discrepancies: All product photos are captured from actual items. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting conditions or display monitor settings. Product dimensions and weights are approximate. Perfectionists are advised to consider carefully before purchasing.
- Jewelry & Accessories: Please note that additional jewelry elements or decorative accessories attached to the products may not be made of crystal or mineral materials.
3. Disclaimers
- Metaphysical & Feng Shui Claims: Information regarding crystal energies, metaphysical properties, Feng Shui correspondences, or customer feedback on this website is for reference and spiritual wellness only. They do not constitute scientific, legal, or medical advice.
- Accuracy of Information: While INNER MoMENT makes every effort to ensure product descriptions and website content are accurate, we do not warrant that all content is entirely error-free, complete, or up to date.
- Definition of "Natural": There is currently no strict international grading standard for natural crystals. INNER MoMENT reserves the right to make final decisions regarding any disputes concerning the natural attributes of our products.
4. Shipping & Delivery Risks
- Postal Risk: Buyers assume all risks associated with shipping. INNER MoMENT is not liable for any lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen packages during transit.
- Recommended Courier: For high-value items, customers are strongly encouraged to choose traceable services, such as SF Express, JD Logistic, Aramex, Hong Kong Post e-Express, or Registered Mail.
- Package Tracking: Once a tracking / waybill number (AWB) is provided, customers are responsible for tracking their shipments directly with the respective courier company or postal authority.
- Delivery Estimates: All estimated delivery dates are for reference only (calculated in Hong Kong working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). INNER MoMENT is not responsible for transit delays.
- International Postal Tracking Limits: Pursuant to Universal Postal Union regulations, certain destination postal authorities (including but not limited to Canada, the Netherlands, and the United States) no longer provide detailed tracking information for international registered mail.
5. Customs & Import Duties
- Duties and Taxes: Overseas buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or related charges levied by destination country customs. INNER MoMENT is not responsible for these fees.
6. Order Amendments & Final Decisions
- Out of Stock: In the event that a product becomes out of stock after payment is completed, INNER MoMENT reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund for the affected item(s). No further compensation will be provided.
- Right of Final Decision: INNER MoMENT reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in the event of any disputes.
