It is to avoid any misunderstanding occurred and to let our clients keep on track about the delivery status.

If delivery to HONG KONG:

  • For Delivery Fee Paid by receiver, we will use SF-Express only;
    For Delivery Fee Prepaid, we will use SF-Express / CXC Express only.
  • If total amount (calculated with SINGLE order only) is HKD$ 1500 or above,we could offer “FREE DELIVERY SERVICE” for that order.
    (After communicated with Client, INNER MoMENT will finalize and arrange the most suitable free delivery method, which may be using SF Express / CXC Express.)

If delivery to TAIWAN or MACAO:

  • We will use SF-Express (Delivery Fee Paid by receiver) for delivery only.

If delivery to OVERSEAS:

  • If the total weight in one order is 1.5 kg or below,
    we will use – Hong Kong Post – E-Express / ARAMEX / SF-Express / Other Way (if applicable) for delivery.
  • If the total weight in one order is 1.5 kg above, we will send another delivery-quotation email to you later.

REMARK:

  • Mailing carries risks. Our company will not be responsible for any damage or loss of goods during transportation.
  • The estimated delivery time of all shipments is for reference only, and the company is not responsible for the delay in delivery time.
  • If the customer has not received it within the working days required for the shipping option (working days are calculated in Hong Kong time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), please contact us immediately. Our shop is not responsible for delayed shipments.
  • Buyers must bear the risk of mailing. For valuable goods, customers are advised to use SF Express, Aramex (overseas shipping), Hongkong Post-E-Express or Hongkong Post-registered mail. After providing the courier/mailing AWB (Airwaybill number), please check with the courier company/post office. If there is a mail lossing during delivery, INNER MoMENT will not be responsible for any loss.
  • Buyers are responsible for the taxes incurred from overseas purchases, including but not limited to customs duties, and INNER MoMENT is not responsible for this.
  • Information on the handling and delivery of mail at the destination is provided by the local postal authority. According to the international postal operation arrangements of the Universal Postal Union, postal administrations are not required to issue “international registered mail” handling and delivery information; and the postal administrations of the following countries/regions have stopped distributing such information: 1) Canada, 2) Netherlands, 3) United States
