Because every crystal is grown naturally, and every single crystal has its own unique shape and color, we do not have any refund or return policy.
And please notice about the following rules:
- The currency in the whole store is in Hong Kong dollar (HKD$)
- All photos are taken with real crystal.
- The photos of crystal products may have slight chromatic aberration due to different computer screen settings.
- The picture is for reference only, the size and color may be different, and everything is subject to the actual shipped items.
- It is normal for natural crystals or mineral gems to have natural stone patterns, clouds, impurities, mineral marks, ice patterns, etc.
- Customers must know before buying that additional jewelry may not be crystals or mineral gems.
- The crystal effect, “Feng Shui” correspondence, customer praise, etc. on the website are not exact sciences, and all content is for reference only.
- Every effort will be made to ensure that the content and product descriptions on this website are accurate and complete. INNER MoMENT does not guarantee that the content and product descriptions are accurate, complete, up-to-date and correct.
- Every crystal will inevitably have color, size or/and other specification errors. Perfectionists should be careful when buying.
- There is currently no strict international grading standard for natural crystals, and different people may have different definitions of “natural”. INNER MoMENT is not responsible for this. INNER MoMENT reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any disputes about the “naturalness” of all the products sold in this shop, including but not limited to crystals.
- Mailing carries risks. Our company will not be responsible for any damage or loss of goods during transportation.
- The estimated delivery time of all shipments is for reference only, and the company is not responsible for the delay in delivery time.
- If the customer has not received it within the working days required for the shipping option (working days are calculated in Hong Kong time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), please contact us immediately. Our shop is not responsible for delayed shipments.
- Buyers must bear the risk of mailing. For valuable goods, customers are advised to use SF Express, Aramex (overseas shipping), Hongkong Post-E-Express or Hongkong Post-registered mail. After providing the courier/mailing AWB (Airwaybill number), please check with the courier company/post office. If there is a mail lossing during delivery, INNER MoMENT will not be responsible for any loss.
- Buyers are responsible for the taxes incurred from overseas purchases, including but not limited to customs duties, and INNER MoMENT is not responsible for this.
- Information on the handling and delivery of mail at the destination is provided by the local postal authority. According to the international postal operation arrangements of the Universal Postal Union, postal administrations are not required to issue “international registered mail” handling and delivery information; and the postal administrations of the following countries/regions have stopped distributing such information: 1) Canada, 2) Netherlands, 3) United States
- After the customer completes the purchase, if the purchased goods are out of stock, INNER MoMENT has the right to cancel the order and refund the deposit, and the company will not make additional compensation for this situation.
- Once the guest has paid, INNER MoMENT will not accept refunds for any reason.
- The deposit paid by the customer to keep the goods is non-refundable, and the goods with the deposit paid are also non-convertible.
- The product of online transaction is selected by the customer, and the information is entered by the customer. Please check and confirm that all the information (such as personal information, product information, delivery method, terms and conditions, etc.) is completely correct, and then click “Place Order”. Once the transaction is confirmed, the product cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded or transferred.
- If you pay via bank deposit, you must take a screenshot of the bank transfer/online bank transfer and send it to our email ([email protected]) or directly send us a private message on Instagram (@innermoment.hk). The payment receipt must include the transfer time and date, otherwise, it will not be accepted. If the customer fails to present the above proof, the shop reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of $100 for checking the bank deposit (it will take 2 working days).
- If you have any questions after receiving the goods, please raise them immediately. The goods must be inspected within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and they will not be accepted afterwards. If mailed via SF Express/registered mail, the receiver signed date should be the date of start counting.
- Once the guest uses any form of payment, it means that the guest accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions.
- INNER MoMENT does not provide returns. Customers should check the goods immediately after receiving them.
- INNER MoMENT reserves the right to change the sales and any terms and conditions at any time.
- INNER MoMENT is not responsible for any typographical errors.
- In case of any dispute, INNER MoMENT reserves the right of final decision.
